Headquartered in Melbourne and operating across Australia’s major cities including Melbourne and Sydney, we specialize in student accommodation management, boutique real estate sales and leasing, and overseas education and immigration consulting.

We have grown into a trusted name in the industry, managing purpose-built student accommodations near Monash University’s Caulfield and Clayton campuses, as well as other key university hubs. All properties under our management are privately owned by individual investors and strategically located near leading universities and colleges to meet the needs of local, interstate, and international students.

In addition to our core property services, we operate the Carlton Lygon Lodge Hotel, a multilingual 3.5-star hotel located directly opposite the University of Melbourne. The hotel caters to international guests with services in English, Chinese, Japanese, Malay, and Indonesian, reflecting our commitment to diversity and global hospitality.
